Community Retreat

Every retreat arrives with its own shift.

Every retreat is an invitation to open up through inner and outer dimensions. 

It is through shared presence, silence, breath-led movement and togetherness set in nature that these dimensions are discovered and within them inherent wisdom is held.   

Come and discover yours. 

The community retreats are centered around sharing, exchange and participation. Everyone who is present holds space and share their unique skills, rituals and wise ways with the rest of the group. Everyone who takes part, cooks and cares for the others. It is truly a special and radical thing. 

The upcoming community retreats in 2026:

🌸 March 27th-30th. Spring edition - Rebirth rituals

Price for this precious experience that will stay with you for a long time ahead: 333 euro including three nights of accommodation at Casa Balat, twice daily 90 min yoga, 3 daily lovingly prepared meals, daily excursions to archeological and natural sites, philosophy and spiritual anatomy workshops.

The Sound Bath Flow with Emma and Luca is a workshop exploring the inner ebbs and flows through movement, breath and drone vibration. Open level Hatha and Pranayama that brings us into connection with the inner current of the breath, while accompanied by the sounds and sensations of the Gong. Beginners welcome! Three Mondays always at 20:00-21:30 starting on 27.5 and ending on 10.6. The price is 38€ for the three sessions or 15€ drop in.

Sattvic Summer Reset

Early summer holds the promise of great shifts as it arrives with a sense of rebirth. Tuning in to the Yang rhythm of the sun, our energy is heightened by the abundance all around us. An ideal moment to turn the focus inwards towards connection and commit to our wellbeing and inner ease before the carefree long summer. Join the Sattvic Summer Reset if you are looking for a shift in the ways you nourish yourself through food, movement and in your inner dialogue.

Based on yogic principle, a Sattvic purification is a deep process of learning and unlearning. It is to face the discomfort that arrives when we don’t instantly respond to the mind’s constant cravings and aversions, but instead look at what is behind the mind’s attempt to escape through sensorial stimuli. The result, apart from the immediate lightness and ease that comes from giving our digestive system a restful pause, is that we become truly intuitive eaters capable of responding naturally to the body’s needs, without the need to neither restrict nor go overboard, which overtime builds TRUST and harmony in the mind-body-balance. 

Starting Monday 27.5. this course features a daily morning practice on ZOOM at 06:30-07:30 Monday to Friday (10 classes total) over two weeks, as well as the guidance for the Sattvic Reset for your mind-body and gut and support in making the changes that take us to the fullness of our potential. All classes will be recorded and are available to download. There will be an introductory meeting on zoom on Sunday 26.5. at 19:30/7:30PM where any questions regarding the process can be answered. The price is 50€ per single week or 79€ for both weeks including all classes and instructions, recipes and group meetings. Write me to sign up.

How much of ourselves is actually in it? And if we are not letting ur full self into your Sadhana, is it bringing us closer or farther away from ourself?

This five week course is about welcoming ourselves in wholeness and making the practice more inclusive of ourselves. It is also about letting the wisdom of the practice spill into our lives, creating steadfast tools that are there for us in moments of disconnection, pressure or stress. Tools to ground, to elevate, to centre, to let go and to embody the change in moments of transformation.
